What Does This Have to Do With a Perfect Strategy
This is the revelation that created the best trading strategy I have ever seen.
In fact if we were to scale on each trade here is what the outcome would look like.
This scenario involves starting with an initial account balance of $1,000, achieving 20 wins and 2 losses, where each win gains 50% of the account balance and each loss loses 50% of the account balance.
Notably, the losses occur on trade 10 and trade 18.
Here's a detailed breakdown of the account's growth:
- Starting Balance:
- Initial Balance: $1,000
- Trade 1-9 (all wins):
- Each win increases the account by 50%.
- After Trade 1: $1,000 + 50% = $1,500
- After Trade 2: $1,500 + 50% = $2,250
- After Trade 3: $2,250 + 50% = $3,375
- After Trade 4: $3,375 + 50% = $5,063
- After Trade 5: $5,063 + 50% = $7,594
- After Trade 6: $7,594 + 50% = $11,391
- After Trade 7: $11,391 + 50% = $17,087
- After Trade 8: $17,087 + 50% = $25,631
- After Trade 9: $25,631 + 50% = $38,447
- Trade 10 (loss):
- Loss decreases the account by 50%.
- After Trade 10: $38,447 - 50% = $19,224
- Trade 11-17 (all wins):
- Each win increases the account by 50%.
- After Trade 11: $19,224 + 50% = $28,836
- After Trade 12: $28,836 + 50% = $43,254
- After Trade 13: $43,254 + 50% = $64,881
- After Trade 14: $64,881 + 50% = $97,321
- After Trade 15: $97,321 + 50% = $145,982
- After Trade 16: $145,982 + 50% = $218,973
- After Trade 17: $218,973 + 50% = $328,459
- Trade 18 (loss):

The account starts at $1,000 and grows significantly despite the two losses. With 20 wins and 2 losses, the ending balance is approximately $831,408, showcasing the power of consistent winning trades and the impact of strategic trade placement.
